2. What data we collect

Only what we need to reply to you and provide the service.

• If you leave your details to try the platform: your email address, your name if you fill it in, and the plan you chose.
• If you talk to Flora, our assistant: the content of the messages you write, a session identifier, the page you are writing from, and the page that brought you to the site.
• Campaign data: if you arrived from an ad or a campaign, the source parameters carried in the link.
• Technical data: your IP address, which we use to cap how many messages can be sent per minute and to prevent abuse of the service.

We do not ask for or store sensitive data, credit card details, or identity documents on this site.

3. What we use it for

• Answering your enquiries and giving you access to a trial of the product.
• Keeping the thread of your conversation with Flora as you browse.
• Understanding which campaigns enquiries come from.
• Showing you the site in your language.
• Protecting the service from abuse.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Site language

This site is published in Spanish and in English. To decide which one to show you the first time, we look at the country reported by the network you are connecting from and, when that is unknown, at the language configured in your browser. We do not store your IP address for this, and we do not build a profile of you: the signal is used at that moment and then discarded.

If you change the language with the switcher, we save that choice in a cookie called NEXT_LOCALE, which contains only es or en and lasts one year. It is the only cookie this site sets. It exists purely to remember your preference: it cannot identify you and it cannot track you across sites. You can delete it from your browser at any time.

5. What else we keep in your browser

This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Besides the language cookie, we store a single value in your browser’s local storage, called wf_webchat_workflowers: a random identifier that lets Flora keep the thread of the conversation if you reload the page or come back later. It stays in your browser until you clear it, and you can do that from your browser settings or by starting a new conversation with the button in the chat.

The site’s fonts are served from our own server, so browsing here does not generate requests to third-party servers on that account.

6. Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that let us deliver the service, and only as much as it takes to make it work:

• Our management platform (workflowers.app): where enquiries and conversations with Flora are recorded.
• Our hosting provider: hosts the site and processes the requests.
• The provider of the artificial intelligence model that generates Flora’s replies.

Some of these providers may process the information on servers located outside Argentina.

7. How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as the commercial relationship or the interest in the service lasts, plus any additional time needed to meet the legal obligations that apply to us. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access the data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your information: the site is served encrypted over HTTPS, and the credentials for our systems are never exposed in the browser. No system is infallible, but we handle your data with the same care we handle our own.

10. Minors

This site is aimed at businesses and at people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we change the date shown at the top of this page. We recommend checking back from time to time.
